"Okay listen. LISTEN. I need everybody to hear about Miss Yin.
One phone call. TWENTY MINUTES. That's it. I wasn't even fully committed, I just wanted to see what the numbers looked like — and by the end of that call she had me full collision coverage for LESS than what Geico was charging me for liability only. Liability ONLY!! I made her repeat it because I thought I misheard. Same car, better coverage, smaller bill. I'm sitting there like is this legal?? (It is. She's just that good.)
Then I'm closing on my house — you know how stressful that is — and Miss Yin already had my homeowners policy locked, loaded, and ready to go before I even had to ask. Never chased her once. Never sweated it. She just handled it.
And she KEPT GOING. Bundles, discounts, little things I never heard of in all my years with the other guys. She's over there hunting down my money like it's a treasure hunt. Nobody ever cared about my wallet like that, including me.
That's the part that got me — she genuinely cares. Not "read the script and smile" cares. Actually cares.
Whole family switching over. My cousin switching. My cousin's cousin probably switching.
Call Miss Yin. Stop scrolling. Twenty minutes. Go. 🙌"
